Dear Fellow Investor:
I began in the mail room of a brokerage firm.
Before too long, I became a stockbroker.
After a few years, I left the business to invest on my own.
Many of my early investments did poorly, some even failed.
I tried my very best to generate the highest returns possible.
But poor advice, bad ideas and market volatility got in my way.
So, I decided to augment my portfolio with real estate in 2006.
I developed a totally new and unique investment strategy.
I started generating what many would view as exceptional returns.
Before I knew it, my portfolio was worth $50 million.
Over time, my returns got better and better.
Unlike many, I sailed right through the so-called Great Recession.
When the value of my portfolio zoomed past $100 million, I was as surprised as anyone.
Since I started out with little education and no money, it took a long time for this reality to set in.
After 10 years, I hired a respected audit firm to validate my financial results.
I figured I was doing well, but I had no idea of exactly how well.
The Independent Accountant’s Report that came back stopped me in my tracks!
For the 10 years ended December 31, 2015, I had generated annualized returns of 33% per year.
During the same 10-year period, the S&P 500 had returned just 6.4%.
Meanwhile, the FTSE Nareit All Index (an index of U.S. real estate trusts) came in at 9.5%.
I waited another 3 years before analyzing my portfolio again, this time at the end of 2018.
For the 13 years ended December 31, 2018, my returns clocked in at 45% per year.
This is 3 times better than NASDAQ and 5 times better than the Dow — and without the volatility!
Of course, this is not to suggest that investing in publicly traded companies should be avoided.
For investors with the right temperament, select stocks can and do generate great returns.
I myself hold large positions in two public companies, one biotech and one renewable energy.
When I wrote my book, everyone said I was crazy to give away all my investment secrets.
But I believe that good always begets good; that the more you share, the more you get in return.
And in life, there’s nothing more valuable to share than knowledge and experience.
So, I made it my mission is to pass along my proven strategies to all those interested.
I want to help others, as many others have helped me over many years.
My easy-to-read book is packed with actionable, easy-to-follow information.
Among many other things, you’ll discover:
My book is more than a guide to investing, it’s also a guide to living a successful life.
Also revealed is a recipe for personal success that’s taken me over 40 years to perfect.
This recipe has helped me bounce back from many personal and professional disasters.
It’s helped me go from a broke mailroom clerk to where I am today.
I’ve shared this recipe with many people over the years and watched them flourish.
One individual went from being $200,000 in debt to becoming a millionaire many times over.
In life, there are two ways to learn: through your own work or the work of someone else.
While you still must work hard, it’s much simpler and faster to learn from someone else.
I’ve written Double-Digit Returns: In Good Markets and Bad so that you can learn from me.
My book reveals exactly how I did it, including all the mistakes I made along the way.
For a limited time, you can download a free copy of my book and learn for yourself why others have said:
“Among the best books I’ve ever read.”
“This is the must read personal finance book if you’re ready to pursue financial freedom or inspired to learn more about the path to getting you there.”
“For about the price of two movie tickets, I got compelling insights and proven money-making strategies that would have taken at least two decades to learn.”
Wishing you double-digit returns in the many years to come, in good markets and bad.
Sincerely,
Harmel S. Rayat
